Vasa Vind’s core business is to develop, build and operate plants for renewable electricity production and thus contribute to creating a long-term sustainable society.
However, this does not mean that the business is completely without potential environmental impact and environmental risks, and Vasa Vind therefore works continuously to improve and develop working methods and methods in the environmental and sustainability area.
As part of this continuous work, Vasa Vind has therefore chosen to carry out an external audit of management systems and procedures and, as a result of this work, has now been formally certified by DNV according to the environmental standard ISO 14001.
Vasa Vind is also already certified according to ISO 45001.
– Common to both environmental and work environment issues is that they are by their nature areas where you never finish and can always improve the work, and we see this certification process as another step in this, and where we together with our suppliers and other stakeholders can continue to develop, says Mattias Sjöberg, CEO of Vasa Vind.
