Vasa Vind has been active in the market since 2008 and is today one of Sweden’s leading wind power companies. Our activities cover the whole chain from development and construction to operational management. Our goal is to always operate wind energy projects in an efficient and sustainable way, with responsible development that takes into account the environment and surroundings. At the same time, health and safety is a top priority and permeates all our activities.<\/p>\n

Our wind farms produce more than 1.4 TWh of renewable energy annually. This corresponds to the household electricity needs of around 280,000 Swedish households*, which is about one percent of Sweden’s total electricity consumption and just over four percent of Sweden’s wind power production**.<\/p>\n

We take a long-term sustainability perspective on everything we do throughout the process – from identifying sites with really good wind resources and local conditions, to safely and efficiently operating the completed wind farms for the decades they contribute to society with renewable energy.<\/p>\n
